One is making $10 million per year and the other is unemployed.

Comparing Miles to OkSt that was in the gutter vs a juggernaut Jimbo inherited at FSU is not apples to oranges.

This dude is right, and y’all are already spinning. Hope everyone got what they needed out of 2019 because if they bring Jimbo in we going back to 97 on that side of the ball.

And the claim is not demonstrably false. Jimbo publicly admits he hasn’t updated his offense in over a decade. Keep on spinning boys.

I think Jimbo is a hell of a coach he just needs to fix one aspect and that's modify his offense. Saban came to the realization he had to.

Hire someone like Herman or Mullen if they or fired or good up and coming OC Jimbo can still be play caller but there's nothing wrong with addressing a hole and adapting.

Jimbo talks a hell of a lot faster than Miles too. Corndog would probably have a hard time keeping up with him

Jimbo is a good coach. He should not be the most expensive coach, which he would be here. That all there is to it.

You do realize he has as many NC's as Miles, right?

Which is more than any other coach on the market...

I could not agree more. I can't stand either one of them sumbiches. Hell if Orgeron didn't behave like such a _ucking idiot he may've ended up about as good as a Miles or Fisher. Screw all them though; we want the next Nick Sabamm!

I think you accidentally just made the argument that Les Miles should be hired

Or at the minimum, he and Jimbo are equal

They are more or less one and the same. As they both inherited extremely loaded college football teams and then ran them into the dirt and they both feature lame arse antiquated and very mediocre offenses.

The interwebz has online dictionaries. Might want to look up the word juggernaut

1) Someone coaching a juggernaut isnt forced into retirement

2) A juggernaut doesnt post seasons of 9-4, 8-5, 7-6, 7-6, 7-6 before being forced out

And he was the OC dor 3 of those season.....

FSU was amazing in the 90s and early 2000s to suggest otherwise is ridiculous. He walked into a great job.

You're saying Jimbo's exceedingly mediocre and very lame arse antiquated pro-style offense is better?

Man...you should never smoke crack and post at the same time.

Jimbo is a good OC/quarterback coach.
Miles thinks he is a good OC/quarterback coach.
Big difference

Anyone can throw numbers that are similar up against a wall like a pile of dog crap and say "see look they are similar". In this case these 2 coaches are no where near comparison.

Miles didn't do crap before getting the LSU job. He won a National Title by luck, any normal year LSU or any other program doesn't win a national championship with 2 loses. Besides the 2011 season, LSU got previously worse under Miles until it was more than obvious it had been past time (for many years) for him to go. He takes the Kansas job and makes their program worse. Everything else has come out and we see just how much of a piece of work he really was. Not to mention he was a arguably a full on brain dead moron of how he couldn't manage a game clock or answer questions coherently.

Jimbo won a national championship at Florida State before going to Texas A&M. Last year he finished in the Top 5, with one loss, is rebuilding their program from the ground up. Sumlin trashed that program. If Jimbo stays at A&M he will eventually be in the Playoffs consistently.
