I have not seen any reason to believe that Kiffin will do any better at LOLSU than Brian Kelly did.

I don't know about it being dead but it certainly has been changing. I don't like the direction it has gone and all it is teaching these young men is to go after the money. There is very little loyalty anymore amongst football players. To me the biggest problems are the changes made to the transfer portal since covid and the introduction of NIL.
I don't enjoy watching it near as much as I used to. I hardly watch NFL football anymore.

I agree with a lot of what you are saying. The number of stars a recruit has is just one measure used in recruiting. A lot of the posters on here seem to think that it is the only measure and it gives them something to whine and argue about. What they are really doing is showing how ignorant they are about the whole recruiting business, especially this time of the year.
As an example, Johnny Football was a three star recruit.
