Didn’t he make a bowl game this year? That’s usually good enough at wvu

Consistently 6-7 wins a year isn’t good enough at WVU

And he can’t beat anyone good

Two years too late. He's a good guy, but never beat a team with a pulse and never got WVU into the top 25 in 6 years, he had to go.

Probably but that buyout is a lot more manageable now I would assume.

Everyone is going to predict Jimbo to take the job I'm sure

Yea the whole not being ranked for six years is unacceptable

Last years 9 wins was a flash in the pan

We didn’t beat anyone good

That 2017 LSU upset has carried him as far as it could.

Jimbo at WVU would at least be entertaining. Either a big success or a potential monumental dumpster fire

People will make fun of it, but I really do think it’s a good spot for Jimbo

He didn’t forget how to coach offense, he was just in a rough spot in college station

West Virginia is a good spot in the big 12 where he can find some diamonds in the rough

If Ken Kendrick (owner of the Arizona Diamondbacks) gets his way it will be Rich Rod.

Yes he did. He’s running an offense 12 years out of style and he makes his QBs play too rigid

if I'm Jimbo, i'm gonna sit on the beach all day and smoke cigars and live like a king because of the $75M buyout that TAMU is paying, as opposed to re-entering the coaching grind, recruiting and dealing with all the BS

not to mention, he's already won a natty
