I personally think it's a bad move for Arkansas. He can't build a program. His greatest feats at any level were with exceptional talent to coach. When his own players and development he's sucked. I guess for Arkansas it's a decent hire but there is more risk than reward.
If he does well enough to move to a bigger or better situation he's gone. Ask Tennessee. If not he will just fill the program with troublesome kids and castoffs trying to have success quickly so he can bolt.

Great hire might be a total disaster but who cares if it is its Arkansas

Getting destroyed by Western KY is as bad if not worse. And Wyoming is a decent team compared to others.
