his team would likely be a top 4 seed with a bye in the new playoff system, and a lock to continue in the future in an easy ACC. i don’t see why he would leave his current situation considering his current defense and recruits are better than LSU’s. FSU would probably just match any offer given to him too
FSU does not pur up the money. That was Jimbo's biggest problem there other than himself. They kept losing coordinators because they wouldn't pay up. If LSU started off with a 2 mill offer, i think we could get him.

About the talent thing, the dude can pull talent from the portal and from high school from a school that had to build back up, you think he'd have a problem at LSU? LSU had great DL and LB talent, and we need him to bring in some elite portal talent right now.

I know many of you don't dig deep into other schools, but what Norvell and his staff have done to get FSU out of the biggest hole imaginable, is nothing short of a miracle. That staff came during all the covid nonsense. All the opting out and transferring. All the complete and utter shite job the prior coaching staff did for recruiting, and even the shite show Jimbo left.

Jim Leonhard, Geoff Collins. I was hoping Clark Lea would have come available.

I think LSU sticks with House 1 more year. His contract obviously shortens a year from now, you have O’s separation agreement lessened a year from now, etc.
It's not my money I know, but if this sports administration and these donors are truly about making LSU elite, you have to do it now. You can not let stuff like this slip. Strike now. TAMU is in shambles and their players are ripe for picking.

The talent to completely overhaul LSU's defense in one year is right here, and there is a guy out there that has been one of the best at getting who he wants out the portal and making them immediate impacts. A move like this lets recruits and transfers know that LSU is serious about making a championship run.

All or nothing my brotha.

You do realize fsu played only one acc team this year that had less than 4 losses right?
Michigan played high school teams, yet I bet you want their DC right? I see many of you call for Leonard. He previously coached in a division known for crap teams. I've seen people say Iowa's DC, same thing.

I laid it all out for you man. Improvement every single year. Talent acquisition in the portal and from the high school ranks. Made LSU look stupid twice.

FSU was top 10 in paying assistants. The issue was Jimbo refusing to let go of guys like Rick Trickett

He lost Pruitt because he had to leave Tally or his then fiancée was going to leave his arse

Why do you think that? Does he have a connection at a&m or with the new HC there?

I haven't heard any talk about him leaving, but he and Elko were on Clawson's staff at Richmond for a season

I’ll believe that when I see it. They may know each other, but most HCs with a heavy defensive background like Elko are going to have a lot of influence on that side of the ball. Fuller is in a more ideal spot with a HC like Norvell, where he likely has 100% control of the defense. Plus they have worked together for a while now.

So around $9.5M over two years for one coordinator position.

That’s just what it takes to win these days.

Easy price to pay considering if LSU's defense was even 50% better than it was, they would have been a potential championship contender.

So you want to limit your options.

Whis is how you end up with another house.

[Thamel] Source: Florida State defensive coordinator Adam Fuller signed a new three-year contract with FSU, which includes a raise.

Would have loved to have him but doubt he would come

His son is the #1 baseball player in the freshman class to. Kid is a stud, throwing 94 at 14.
