Again with this recruiting BS. Tulane isn’t recruiting anyone LSU is going after. Not one.

"Legitimate interest..." Just a few weeks ago, before all the CLK talk exploded, in a pod cast interview he admitted his agent was hearing from nobody.

Pop Quiz:
Name a college coach that won a National Championship and recruited a Heisman Trophy, Biletniff Award and Thorpe Award winners that Tulane could hire?
Wait, name a coach that anyone could hire with those credentials?
Coach O did all of the above. So easy to forget, yet the records and awards never go away.

That’s was O’s version of BK’s “you’re spoiled” press conference. I knew he was cooked and the end was nigh as soon as that aired

Did he reveal to them what’s in the binder and why he should be hired

Does anyone else find it odd that O has never been a coordinator but was a head coach and won a natty?

O did himself in by leaving the team in the shape it was in when he left. He was VERY lucky in the first place for Alleva to hire him as HC after his stint at OM.

Ex wife took half of his $17 M buyout. He will work hard to get another payday.

You can’t turn it off and back on again.
It’s over.

Just a reminder. He was the man that put together the greatest football team and season in history.

Yes- similar vibes. He was brought in because Tulane felt they would not have to worry about him leaving for another school. Well, they were right about that, no one else was going to take him anyway and all he did was take Tulane back down the drain...
