Lacouture was basically Maason Smith’s primary recruiter since the dead period.
I like Lac as the Dline coach. I like Bo Davis or Nielsen better but I like Lac.

I’m really not worried about who our DL coach is because of Orgeron but I really really don’t want to compete for recruits against a Lane Kiffin/Bo Davis duo at Ole Miss. that doesn’t seem fun.

Kiffin is the only alure for him. I don't think he loves Ole Miss and thinks we are a sleeping giant or anything. I think he strictly just wants to work with Kiffin.

I would prefer Nielsen as DC/DL over Lac
And I would prefer Bo Davis as DL coach over Lac
But I really don’t have a problem at all with promoting Lac considering we have one of the best DL coaches in the sport as a head coach.

I don’t think that’s the point really. There is no need to get in a bidding war over a d line coach when the HC also coaches the d line. If you’re going to save money that’s the spot you want to do it in.

Vol probably has a direct source from a coach. I'm fairly confident in saying he's either friends with Raymond on staff or O. Based on his comments about O, I think he's friends with Raymond.
