In my humble opinion,
This whole situation wont' really be resolved til tmrw.
Some outlets may have some scoop but tomorrow is when everything comes to a head.
However, where theres smoke there's fire so they say
Alabama does have money, yes, but not enough to match Texas.
Paul Finebaum is worried sick.
People in alabama are now chaning their tune
Enough stuff is coming out to where you gotta think this has legs.
News outlets wouldnt' put this stuff out unless they had sources, imo
In any case, tomorrow seems like it'll be D-Day with a
News conference scheduled, right?
Good luck to all of our work productivity tomorrow afternoon!

Now if he doesn't get results in the first two years that's a different story.
You seen what urban meyer did in recruiting in a short time frame when he went to Ohio state. I can't even begin to imagine what will happen if saban goes to texas. Texas already has the most talent in that conference and would instantly start plucking recruits from texas a&m.

Yeah, as far as he is letting all of this talk heat up, I don't see how he can just go back to Alabama and not feeling any repercussions. Things will never be the same. Its like cheating on your significant other.
I sure am glad all of you LSU fans know how and what us Bammers think about Saban. No wonder he didn't try and go back to Baton Rouge.

what exactly has urban meyer done?

I agree... If Saban was truly concerned and his number 1 priority was staying at Alabama and he's had a contract on his desk for almost a week now, I think he would have come out and shut the door. The longer he lets it drag out, the more it hurts his recruiting.

It'd be close, but Mack staying. As someone noted, the fan base has been done with Mack for a few years now. Our vitriol has only increased by him staying because of his friendship with our outgoing AD
Yea I figured as much. At least with Todd you get new blood. I couldn't imagine the disappointment though, if after all this smoke, Texas had to settle for someone not named Saban.

I could see letting the bama admin sweat for the weekend or whatever, maybe squeeze a bit more out of them, but going nearly a week with NO denials, hell no acknowledgements of the situation is what would concern me if I was a Bama fan. He may very well stay, but every hour that goes by without any word about any of this is more and more suspicious.

Hell if I know what's going to happen.
Everyone has an opinion, some better than others.
Good luck trying to sort out the madness.
Only thing I know is it's
Now or never.
Expect it to happen.

my man! Sadly that trend never caught on. Since we've been issued a cease and desist on the others maybe it'll pick up steam.
Short, sweet, to the point baby
