Dude is an elite DL coach and recruiter. Lane is going to put together a monster staff I can feel it
But would the incoming DC be ok with not having a say so and basically having 3 assistants already filled out? (Raymond, ERob, Lane’s brother, Peoples)

I’d imagine Peoples follows Baker to Tulane, but your point is very valid. A lot of DCs want to choose their own guys.

I feel like whoever the DC is, or will be most likely, has already signed off on these position coaches. It really doesn't make much sense otherwise.
Reliford and McKinley ought to really enjoy this hire.
I don't expect it, never did, but this doesn't mean O isn't coming.

Aggies did not want him to leave at all and desperately tried to keep him but he wanted a DC job. He sucks as a DC he's a good DL coach who's a great recruiter as well.
