That's one of the craziest hires I've ever heard of.

Weirdest rumor I can even remember was Al Davis being interested in Kevin Sumlin once upon a time.

Kliff failed at Texas Tech but now leads an NFL program. That's so weird.

They presumably take Nick Bosa at #1.

They need to draft an OT and a couple young WRs in rounds 2-5.

They have enough talent on defense for a good DC to work with.

That gives Kliff a young, talented QB, an electric RB, and a couple young WRs to work with.

He can be successful there.

Lane, somewhere, is screaming at his agent, wondering why he isn't getting calls.

Everyone talks about wanting the next McVay. No one talks about how McVan was the next CSP.

Lack of respeck.

Phoenix vs. NYC?

Slight advantage Phoenix. Warm weather. Beautiful women. Cheaper to live large there vs. NYC

Cardinals v. Jets

Push. Rosen is a douche that is more likely to flame out than Darnold. Jets fans are wacko with unrealistic expectations. However, the AFC East seems prime for the taking if/when Brady retires.

I guess they were willing to take a one year shot with Wilks, so whats the worst thing that can happen? They fire him 2-3 years in.

Nah. It'll suck arse for my Cows but he should steal away Kris Richard. (this is of course assuming he doesn't get a head gig elsewhere this offseason)

VJ has been a coordinator for a single season. He might be a great fit, but he is far from a sure thing.

Todd Bowles looks to be headed to Tampa.

I love how ITT everyone is praising AZ for going outside the box and getting away from retreads, and then say they should hire guys like Vance Joseph (who is the definition of mediocrity), Todd Bowles, Rex Ryan for the DC position

well Vance Joseph is meh at DC but the other 2 are really god/great DCs

McVay hired the ultimate retread for his DC and it's working out quite well
