This has potential to be a great hire. Get a good DC and they can challenge the rams.

Yeah, they need to make sure they get a solid DC that can be autonomous

I think this is a rare case where he’s a better nfl coach than college

If you were Bowles would you rather hitch your wagon to KK or BA? The irony of the situation is....if they let Wilkes coach the Defense and Kliff run the offense they'd probably be pretty competitive.

I actually think his style will transfer nicely to the new NFL. Just need some good defensive coaches

And here I am, about to turn 31, stuck in a cube doing work I hate, making a minuscule fraction of the salary they do.

Where the frick did I go wrong.

If I remember correctly, Vance Joeseph hasn’t had any super good defenses on his resume. Don’t know if I’d throw all my eggs in that basket

I’d look at Rex Ryan maybe.

just know 99% of football coaches make half (or less) of waht you do and put in 70+ hour weeks that ramp up to 100-ish hours during the season

his 2016 miami defense was pretty average, but had some nice individual aspects to it that could be intriguing. his defenses in denver were good, but it helps when they have the talent he had

The Kliff Kingsbury tenure as USC coordinator will be the stuff of legend. Never has a man made such a mark on a program. Truly an incredible.... 31 days.

At least now he doesn't have to recruit talented defensive players

I do think he has more success in the NFL then he did at tech. Curious who his DC will be.

There's only one move USC can make now & that's to right the wrong of years past.
