Hearing that Kevin Sumlin met with Nick Saban in Miami. Not sure the substance of the meeting but could be a name to watch in the “Saban coaching rehab program”.

He'll be the offensive coordinator in a year

Fixed it. But we all know it was alcohol

I don't understand why LSU doesn't offer these coaches an analyst role or some assistant role. Seems lime Bama hires every fired coach.

Well we can’t offer what Nick Saban can offer them.
He and they know that if they work under him for a couple of years they’ll be right back to the top of the coaching boards purely through association with nick.

Not sure if there’s enough rehab in the world for him

I just want to point out that Saban won't retire until he is on his death bed.

It’s not the money. It’s working in the process

Predictable answer, but wrong.
Spend less time on the SECR

Sarkisian getting Texas and any school hiring Locksley are incredible results from Saban's rehab

Saban isn’t fearful of anyone trying to take his Job!

You go there and you know you have an nfl offensive line, your offense is better than all the defenses you will face regardless of who you have for quarterback. You will put up big numbers and then get a power 5 hc the next year. Same as defense , you come there knowing you have pretty much have the better defense against all teams you play , put up good numbers then get another hc job atanother power 5 school and then reality sets in that you don't have that defense no more.

This shite is just weird to me.

That's not Sumlin in the pic... Do you seriously think he would go to the CFBCG with out a line up? That hair is atrocious!!!
Posted on 1/12/21 at 9:45 pm to Southpaw widowmaker
that is exactly how it works, and they really don't have to be very good to get HC jobs....Muschamp is the poster child...he got to big HC jobs at Fla and SC all from his LSU stint watching Saban coach the LSU defense.
