Jax owner should have fired Urban Meyer with cause when he had the chance.

After ditching the team to see the grandkids, and then going dirty dancing with the blonde, Meyer could have been fired with cause and owed nothing. Now it's to late, If he gets fired, he still collects those huge checks.

How is it too late? You think their is statute of limitations on breaking moral clauses in his contract? If that is the case how was Gruden fired?

Hey, we're all disappointed but the night is young and he may fire CUM yet.

I would be shocked if adultery was actually something in the moral clause. Coaches and players do it literally all the time.

You start firing people for cause and you might find it hard to hire top level coaches. Of course since it's Jacksonville it might be difficult anyway.

How about actual crime at a work place? I had been a victim but I didn't file by certain timeframe.

Yeah, it's hard to see how an NFL coach would ever agree to that.

They literally commit adultery all the time? So they don’t play the games, practice, eat, etc.?

Just 24/7 adultery. Because that’s what literally means.

Conduct unbecoming, detrimental to the team. It’s subjective but an arbitrator, which the contract might stipulate, would probably side with the Jags given the enormous negative media attention

Mitigated by Jon Gruden and Henry Ruggs.

Get caught on video finger blasting a coed and blowing a fat load in your shorts and still have a job Monday morning. Urban is like Teflon.

I don't know who people think they're going to hire. No one with a promising future is going to go to this mess. They'll be forced to go with a retread like they've been doing for the past 20 years.
