This didn’t happen. Most of us spend longer deliberating over our own employment contracts that might be straight salary with no bonus triggers. These deals take weeks to come together

I did a complete work up on the timeline of everything WW factually know happened in this “search” the day this news broke but it got deleted by admins for some reason.
This was clearly planned from the start. Now I do believe the announcement was rushed to this week instead of next due to the blowback LSU was getting from fans for looking like we whiffed on Riley added with the fact of how quickly Florida hired their coach.

Can agree with this. To suggest that the deal came together in 48 hours is nuts. Legal alone, for both sides, would take longer to review the proposed contract and come to agreement on nuances of the terms.

Didn’t happen in 48 hours. Been months. Walker Howard immediately took a visit to ND after O being fired. That’s not a coincidence
