Agreeing with Pirate on this one. He may put out a great offense but the dude can’t stay anywhere for longer than a couple years not to mention he is a giant douchenozzle. He can want the job all day but I say HELL no.

Kiffin is an elite OC and has HC experience. We have the resources to get a top DC to pair with him.

I think his "red flags" are overplayed and he hasn't done anything the last few years that would make me concerned he would be a risky hire. I actually think he would stick around for a while too. He's already scratched the NFL itch and LSU is a Top 5 CFB job.

I don’t get the “Kiffin can’t stay anywhere longer than a couple years” narrative.

He makes the exact same career moves every other young coach makes.

He takes better offers.

There aren’t many better jobs than LSU.

He was at USC for 4 seasons as HC and FL Atlantic for 3 before taking the OM job. He has more HC experience than most of the coaches that have been mentioned.

The same was said of Saban when we hired him. He only had 5 years HC experience when we hired him.

Kiffin would absolutely kill shite at lsu.

You would have to deal with some weird shite with his ego but you would be winning.

Bama is the only place he's been that would have better talent than LSU. We would never have to worry about recruiting QBs or a competent offense.

He's definitely different, but you need a little bravado. I would imagine his players and recruits love it.

I want Kiffin. I am tired of shitty offense. Outside of about three years, our offense has absolutely sucked since 2007.

There are probably three more NCs in there somewhere if we could have been half competent on offense.

I'm sure he does. It is powerhouse program with amazing facilities and great in-state talent that has pretty good wall built around it.

Too bad for him, he is not getting it.
