Someone said he was told of three OC's they were looking to get..

Don't know if true, but also hearing he has HCIW.. So maybe he sees O is out pretty soon.. he has the HC job..

He should have gotten the job from the beginning. He was the reason why O looked competent when O had the interim tag. That along with DP's masterful disinformation campaign.

He's thinking O is OUT before the end of 2018, and he is named HC or at least interim HC. If Alleva is not fired with O, then Alleva will fail to get another HC, and name Aranda.

Honestly he is probably thinking he isn’t going to be. DC much longer and our defense looks legit.

He will probably be our HC in 2020 at the latest.

Hell he didn’t know O would go back and hire SE who didn’t want the job....

Now Aranda must stay up nites to develop an impenetrable defense....but his work will be rewarded with HC job

I wouldn't be being honest if I said that Aranda would be a safe hire. He wouldn't. But, he has a brilliant mind, he is meticulous and highly organized, and is very, very cerebral. Maybe not the most public-friendly persona... but Bill Belichick shares that quality, and he's pretty good.

If there's a gamble hire that I'd be willing to go with, it would be Aranda. For fricks sake, at least we know the guy knows exactly what not to do, because he's had a front row seat to what not to do for a couple years now...

I can

He’s thinking long term and not just next year.

If he goes to A&M he has to rebuild that shite show. It could take some luster off his name if he has a bad season next year.

Staying at LSU if he continues to deliver he’ll get the job. If he has a poor year he will be shielded from blame because O will get it and will still get heavy consideration for the job.
