There is zero benefit for leaking information to the public. They could care less the fans are uninformed. In fact it’s refreshing a coach doesn’t have to be the center of the media attention and keeps everything close to the vest. Reminds me of Wade. When do you ever hear him talk or leak info about a recruit? Good coaches don’t care what the public wants to know

Having a press conference would be idiotic. What would they say “we’re still interviewing guys to make sure we get the best one”? Seems obvious that’s what they’re doing. Probably still on Golding and Denbrock.
