LSU's offer to Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly is a 10-year deal that will take him north of $100 million with incentives, sources tell
@BrodyAMiller
and me.

Not too bad. Leaves good money for coordinators. This could turn out to be an excellent hire

I can’t wait to see what the buyout is

Sounds good to me

In today's market that's fair

He'll build a dynasty here then hand it off to a young gun. LSU is set up VERY well.

Yes, Kelly is our $100 million dollar man.

I was expecting much worse. He's not actually getting that big of a raise then (though still substantial).

Pretty good in 2021

I mean in a world where Mel Tucker is getting near that it’s a bargain

So the next question is does he bring his DC? The one Orgeron whiffed on last offseason?

Buyout will tell the real story. If fully guaranteed, people will melt.

And unlike Riley, this guy actually WANTS a piece of the SEC. Thats the kind of coach you want at a school like LSU. "Give me a challenge."

Going from $2.8m to $10m! I think this is to much, something tells me he would have taken the job for less.

That was not his actual salary.

Notre Dame is a private school. They don't have to report actual coaching salaries. There's no way he was only making 2.8.
