I live in TX and i can assure you when i discuss football with people and i tell them i am an lsu fan and alumni the 1st question they ask me is: "so why did you guys hire Coach O?"
People outside of Louisiana are baffled by Orgerons hiring and subsequent coaching changes. Just go to any message board and ask someone if they think O was a good hire.
You need to actually talk to people outside of the Louisiana bayous to understand that the confusion and disappointment of the Orgeron hire goes far beyond this board.
