My favorite have been the posters constantly posting "Kelly needs to be out recruiting" as if it is just something he forgot to start doing
My favorite was: "Who told Kelly about Frank Wilson? How does he know who to hire?"

Faulk will always be a Tiger. Players that are committed to success are at LSU to get better. Those that choose to leave over a coach not being their anymore are probably not the type that elevates the program.

It's less about coaching and more about recruiting. LSU relies very heavily on the State of Louisiana to sustain the program and keep it at a high level, provided the coaching is there. When Louisiana kids see LSU shitting on Louisiana legends like Faulk, that's a problem. There's no spinning it any other way. Same in a way with Raymond.
No one is “shitting on them”. They just aren’t being handed everything their little hearts desire now just because they “bleed purple and gold”. That’s the type of shite that created the culture problem LSU has been having recently. Saban didn’t build the program by hiring former LSU guys.
It’s nothing personal. But Faulk was never qualified to be the RB coach. If Faulk is the Tiger that many claim he is, then he should understand what is best for LSU is what’s most important. Raymond is not irreplaceable.

And he should not. 3 down walk-on RB in game. Hasn't really recruited the best RB either.

y been rumblings he's going to transfer portal so it wouldn't be surprising. BJ and Ryan is the guys you need to worry going to portal.
We have a new coach with new ideas and cultural change coming. The players that leave are better off gone than to stay and be a cancer on the team. The sooner people understand that there is a new coach and changes are real, the better off the program will be. I think Kelly is the guy we have needed for a long time. He will make this program something to be proud of I do believe.

The only one spinning something is you.

That one might ring true. I wasn't aware of any connection BK had to Wilson. Absolutely great hire but seemed like a Woodward/Program hire suggested to BK.

Is there something about Brian Kelly's coaching history that says he can't recruit and needs a former player from over 20 years ago to help?
If high school kids see anything about Faulk, it will probably be the picture of him punching that Aggie assistant coach awhile back, which would seem to hurt recruiting if anything.
Lots of doom and gloom over a couple of assistant coaches for some reason, although we just retained Brad Davis and got Frank back, and Kelly's S&C coach in just the past few days.

Running game has been god awful bad under KF.
Not up to LSU standards.
Frank will coach RB's, so now go hire a WR coach that can actually coach WR's. (NOT another used car salesman that can only recruit a la "Nikki.")

Both Trev and Kevin were instrumental getting Sage to LSU. You fire Kevin a year later, how do you think this is going to go over?
You can’t let a player(any player) hold your headcoach hostage. That’s the culture that O instilled here, and it runs deep. The inmates ran the asylum.
If ANY player wants to leave, because they won’t be running shite anymore, let them gtfo. This program needs players that have LSU pride. Not it’s “all about me.” Fk em

They got the opportunity & didn't perform as well as the new HC required. In no way is anyone "shitting on" anything, that's victim BS.

Faulk is one of my favorite Tigers. I know he doesn’t recruit or coach the o-line and he doesn’t call the plays in the game but for a guy who was such a great receiving back (more receiving yards in NFL career than rushing) how could we not have developed more of a passing / screen threat with the RBs? Maybe they had to stay in to help o-line block every single play?
