Hoosiers, no 5* recruits and built on commitment and hard work. They are by far the best program in the country as we speak. I do believe Lane will be the difference maker for LSU in due time.
The visit is to get the maximum offer from the bidders for his service.
re: You must reevaluate your perception of star ratings. A breakdown.

I always thought the stars were over blown in proportions. When you look at the NFL there are tons of guys playing you really never heard of that came from much smaller programs than the elite ones.
Glad they hired Golden instead of Weis as their head coach. He calls a great game. OM AD made a huge mistake in evaluating who should have been hired from within.
Lived by one for 20 years, watched games together. One of the best human beings I know. Was hoping OM would win it all.

I don’t know how a team in need of a QB could pass on him with the way the NFL uses mobile QBs these days
Not all, pulling for OM to win it all. Nothing to do with Lane, just goes to show you at this point and time in the year how the players stay focused to try and win a championship. I firmly believe you can build a team to win but it comes down to the players putting in the work and laser focus to win.

Bad publicity is free publicity, the dawgs who play the game live being the villain.
re: Hiring Brian Kelly

Had LSU gotten anyone else other than Kelly, let’s say Lincoln Riley. Riley gets us to 10 win seasons and CFP appearances. We don’t have Lane today.
Why BK got lazy and lost the fire is beyond me, but I am glad we dropped him to get Lane.

Hard to believe Les Miles won a championship at LSU in year 2 following Sabans exit. Bamas clown of a coach is just finding every opportunity to embarrass Bamas fan base.
quote:
IMO, Baker lost this game
The OP outs who could have played lost this game quitting on their teammates, lost this game.
Any game, I care too not care seems to be like a bandwagon fan.

Arriving to receive the next game plan from Kiffen to install against UGA.

re: Here LSU goes again overpaying for another coach that hasn't won a damn thing in the SEC!

Kirby Smart says hello, I guess he was just the face of those Alabama defenses and it was all Saban. Glad Smart is under achieving at UGA.
Weis is worth the money since he and Kiffen mesh well within the system.
How do you know if Weis turned down any of the jobs interviewed.

Well I would be pissed knowing that Tulane somehow was more deserving. Then again I would have taken another school above ND as a CFP selection.
LSU playing in the bowl that Bama hopes to play in next season with Les Miles Jr as your coach.
re: Does Bama's play the last 5 weeks of the season really justify a playoff birth?
Posted by redbean5 on 12/7/25 at 11:47 am to Errerrerrwere
Who cares, the more SEC Teams I., the more the profit for each school
re: Tulane makes an expanded playoff before LSU
Posted by redbean5 on 12/7/25 at 9:41 am to Tigerbait8
Tulane would never make the playoffs in one of the major conferences. Glad they are getting a chance to play bits let be honest, they are going to be embarrassed in the opening round if they are matched up against the wrong opponent

You will have a much longer career on Tigerdroppings!
re: D-Line is going to be elite but the O line has some real issues
Posted by redbean5 on 12/5/25 at 4:36 pm to tigersquad89
Was the O-line layered with a bunch of sophomores and freshman playing this year with a few juniors. They just need to be taught better technique that goes with the scheme you trying to run.
