While there is a mess, hopefully we come out of it in good shape. By Mon/Tues, I think our new AD/HC will help us get there. ;)

And yes, Lane wants to coach there but he has to wait until a certain someone says no, which he won't.

I hate this. It’s been forever and a day since they were in the mix but damn college football is a lot more fun when The U is competitive.

Me too bro. 200k, a weekly supply of coeds and free beer.

I’ll get Hugh Freeze down there and taunt the NCAA Vince McMahon style.

I described Lane at The U in a post the other day as "the most beautiful disaster ever".

It would be fun, I hope y'all pull it off and give the Gators hell too.

Lane is about to sign his extension. By the time the weekend is over it will be done. But I’m sure he is dying to get to Miami

We will see. I for one am hoping cristobal comes, Miami is close to where Kiffin wants to be, so I’m rooting for it to happen.

I remember in the early 90s all the BR sports stores carried Miami gear. I hated it and that mascot. Sone angry bird.

Let them die on the vine.

Miami is going the way of Vanderbilt and it seems some of the higher ups there would be happy with it. Imagine telling someone 20 years ago how bad Miami and Nebraska are these days. They wouldn’t believe it.

Even if they hire a new AD tomorrow, I doubt these admins will make enough guarantees or concessions to pull Kiffin or Cristobal

Kiffin and Cristobal both have better jobs right now. If Miami opens again, they're going to yet again find out their place in modern college football's pecking order.

know FSU is down too but Miami just feels dead, from the top down. They act like they don't give a single shite about football anymore
it's kind of depressing honesty. I very much enjoyed watching miami/fsu games growing up.

Miami is a case study in incompetent leadership. You have a school with some of the best natural advantages in the country and their leadership is so bad they’re a below average ACC team. It’s shocking and sad for their fans.

Remind me again how many fans they have at their games?
