thats not even accurate. that consists of "arrests", not convictions. and it doesnt include exonerations either, Black defendants are 50% of total exonerations .

Actually FBI statistics specifically say that blacks are 13 percent of the population and commit 60 percent of the violent crimes. It’s a well known fact. Also blacks make up the largest percent per capita of the prison system. 1,218 per 100,000 compared to 231 per 100,000. But do carry on.
