The LSU-Georgia SEC Championship Game Betting Line Is Out

LSU punched its ticket to SEC Championship over the weekend and will face undefeated No. 1 Georgia in Atlanta on Saturday, Dec. 3.

The Bulldogs have opened up as a 16-point favorite over the Tigers, according to the Caesars Sportsbook.

The matchup between LSU and Georgia will be the 33rd meeting between the two schools. The Tigers lead the all-time series 18-13-1 and are 2-1 vs. the Bulldogs in the SEC Championship.

I think JD5 is going to have to throw it for us to win this one. That defensive line is nasty! But anyone can be beat. This was a helluva season no matter what happens in the SEC championship game. I doubt many fans thought this team would be representing the West. We finally have a competent head coach that we can all trust. Haven't been able to say that since Saban left.

Dawgs secondary is suspect. They’ve dodged bullets all season. Exploit it and LSU can win. I’d take LSU to cover all day long.

I think their secondary is pretty good. Starks is the best corner since Stingleys freshmen year. Will JD get enough time to throw deep and stretch them is the bigger question.

Over-dependence on 1 player (40) is a recipe for disaster. The rest of the team needs to get with the program to have a reasonable shot.

I think maybe we stage a late small comeback with the score being closer than the actual game seemed. Dawgs are just up right now while LSU is trying to climb. Will be glad to pull an upset but just don’t see it happening.
