27-10 LSU. UF is held under 50 on the ground.

Florida’s got a solid RB who’s rushed for 197 yards on the season

In two games a total of 89 yards rushing. The defense is really good against the run. We’ll see.

24-17 good guys. Need to hit on UF +9.5 and under 50.

Or 45-0. Ill be happy either way.

Billy Returns to the Bayou

Billy Napier is to the Ragin’ Cajuns what Nick Saban is to the Fightin’ Tigers. He is the savior that resurrected that program into relevance. So, everyone in Cajun country still loves him for that.

But now, he’s with the enemy. If you watched the Netflix series on the SEC, when his seat was the hottest last year, he doused that thang with swamp water and then went on about his rat killing by finishing a respectable 8-5. That included wins against us when we were ranked 21st and Ole Piss when they were ranked 9th in the country.

He is a principled coach, just like BK and just like Saban. You have to admire his stick-to-it-ness in that respect. When everyone was calling for Billy’s head, he stayed the course until the course wound back around and caught up to him. Can he do it again?

I’d like to see him go 10-2 this year. The 2 loses, of course, coming from us and South (central really) FL. That would mean handing losses to Georgia, TN, TX, Ole Mess, and A&deM within the SEC...helping us out. But also...if they’d hang L’s on poll climbers like Miami and FSU, he’d be helpin a brotha out for all of us in the top 12.

So, as long as he bends the knee to his Louisiana superiors, we can still like Billy just fine, for those of us who still do...and not feel too guilty about it. (Polls are now open for down voting...hahaha)

Unfortunately Florida will be more like 5-7 and Napier will lose his job (possibly before the end of the season)
