I'd love to see it. Let the best players play - even if it's both ways. He's clearly very fast and powerful and played RB in high school. Do it.

What young 4 and 5 star players? Bench. You play where your coach needs you to play, and make the highest contribution to your team that you can possibly make. Period. That is the best way to get noticed.

Kind of pisses me off that the young guys are complaining about playing special teams. First of all, they think they're hot shite? Just as White said, look at the players before them that have played special teams. Also, you come to LSU to earn a spot on the field, I don't care who you are. I am a huge advocate of how special teams affects the game. Look at 2003, 2007, 2011. We had great special teams. Last year, not so much. Get it together young Tigers.

Sounds like he wants that Heisman. A few TD runs and an All-American at MLB might get him that.

My son played high school football and track with him. He is one hell of a running back. There was no one else his size running his times. He made the switch to defense. There are a lot of folks from North Webster who would love to see #40 in the old school I formation one more time!

Young players not wanting to play special teams? Have they not looked at standout players that started on ST? Landry’s hits on kickoffs in 2011 are still seared into my brain.

And if they aspire to be on an nfl roster, they better realize that unless they’re great, they are going to play some ST.

Now that's fricking leadership right there!!! Although I love his passion we can't let our best linebacker take unnecessary hits. But damn that is some awesome shite right there. Geaux Tigers.
