Leonard Fournette & Derrius Guice 'Face Off' In The 40-Yard Dash At The NFL Combine

Fournette seems to pick up insane speed once he’s in full stride.

Pretty crazy that Fournette is almost as fast, considering he outweighs Guice by 20 pounds.

Let’s not forget Fournette ran the 40 weighing in at 240. He played the 2015 season weighing 225 and played last year at 228. I’m willing to bet his 40 time would have been better had he run it at his playing weight.

I feel sad for Guice. LSU minus Fornette, Guice would've been the talk of the SEC. Bad arse RB, as good as #7, both strong personalities. He's the next Alvin Kamara, whoever drafts him, it's a steal!

I don't know why people keep bringing up that Fournette would beat him in a longer run. I mean. Well no shite. But this showed what we already really knew. During FOOTBALL plays............90% of which do NOT go more than 40 yards, Guice has better speed. If you need a guy to make the corner, Guice will get their first. If you need a guy to slip the LBer, Guice is more likely.

We couldn't figure this out based on the times alone? We had to watch some crappy "side by side" video?
