18 Returning Starters, best running back college football. By far the best returning secondary in college football. And a stacked Defensive Line.

Oh yea and a mastermind for a Defensive Coordinator.

And while we're at it lets throw in the #1 recruiting class.

If Brandon Harris improves (as he likely will) this isn't exactly a bold prediction. It is the only prediction.

I never thought I'd get excited about what an old man says about a group of college kids but this gets me excited. Lol. Can't wait for tomorrow and next season. I just hope these kids stay hungry and don't listen to the hype.

As hard as many of us have been on the staff, and some of it has been deserved, this team has been extremely young the last two years. That's no longer an excuse and I think LSU takes a big step.

Next year will in fact be different then most other years.

People point to the past couple years...however, very very rearely have we had all the pieces in place like we will next year.

Our SEC record the last 4 years: 6-2, 5-3, 4-4, 5-3.
That's not falling "just short."

Anything less than an 11-1 record next season should be a disappointment for Tiger fans.

You people are like moths to a light when someone says something positive about LSU. I used to say negatives were miserable people in jest, but in starting to really believe it. I guess I'll never understand the mindset that makes "fans" rush to be critical of their coach/players/program as if their skepticism makes them a better person.
