Both are trash IMO. Never hit a woman.

Never?

Women are fair game from a self-defense perspective IMO

Yea but why was she grabbing his drink while he was drinking it?

Wish we had audio and 5 minutes before the fight happened. Would love to hear the convo

The fact that he had to grab his purse before he left tells me that he likely deserved the shite he was catching from that woman.

I assume they both suck very much (and both are pieces of shite based on that video).

But that video is very clear evidence as to why men should not be allowed to play in women sports. That dude shoved her like he was swatting away a fly.

ETA: I rewatched it too. The kick definitely seems over the line. And I thought the last shove was too, but the first time I missed that she had grabbed the bottle off the table and had it in her hand. It's all stupid, but when she grabs the bottle, I guess shoving her and walking away isn't an egregious response.

I would love audio though.

I'm not going to cast judgement until the full story comes out here. From the video alone he definitely seems to have gone way overboard regardless of what was said. We've definitely reached a point as a society though where women need repercussions.

I dunno, I think maybe she learned not to date men with purses.

Daniel Tosh had a good take on this.

"What if you come home from a long day's work and your wife has drowned two of your kids. She's about to dunk the third one...can you pop her then?"

Allegedly, she was there to break things off with him after a couple of dates and wanted to do so in a public space. They had apparently only known each other for about 30 days.

Germantown FB Group public post about the incident

Dude could've just got up and walked away. All of that over her just reaching for a beer was fricked up, I'm not sure how anyone could see that otherwise.

Looks like it was a good decision to do it in a public space if that's correct.

i've lived my life in such a way that every physical altercation with a dude has been deescalated and nothing got too far and I've never had to think about hitting a woman.

but if a woman comes at me in a way, I wouldn't think twice about hitting her just to stop.

the kick was too far for sure and I'm fine with the book getting thrown at him.
