If it’s new cast iron, the bottoms tend to be rougher than the old kind. It takes a while to wear it smooth. Even then I usually spray a little pam to be safe. I also find heating the skillet before dropping the egg in makes it stick less. ...

We still pay the same 2%, 4% and 6% as we did before. Since federal taxes have gone down, that lowers the amount we deduct from State Taxes. This adjusts your withholdings to cover that additional amount. So for every hundred dollars extra you started taking home, this will reduce it by $2-$6....

Give them a reasonable counter. I've done it to three companies and have never been turned down. Additionally, you might want to consider countering for benefits. It is possible to negotiate for things like more PTO....
