Does anybody have one of these or something similar? Are they worth a shite for fitness and sleep tracking?

I bought one a month ago because I had some "Lifestyle Account" dollars to burn through. I like it more than my previous FitBit trackers. Its very light and easy to forget about. It quickly picks up activities and give more sleep detail than my FitBit did. I take it off for an hour a week to recharge.
I did have to buy a silicone cover for it because lifting weights was scuffing it up.

I have the Oura ring 4 and I really like it. It helps me track my sleep and that’s been really helpful. It also tracks my body temp through the night and has alerted me that I might be getting sick before I even noticed any symptoms. I want to use it as my wedding ring as I’m getting married again in October but my fiance said no and bought me another ring instead

I wear one and like it a lot. I work in sleep medicine, I like that it gives clues into sleep disordered breathing. The sleep tracking is about as accurate as you’ll get without formal sleep study. Occasionally it’s off but mostly does a good job. It tracks body temp which is cool but my favorite is I think it does a really good job of tracking heart rate for work outs. I’m not a big jewelry person or into much tech (don’t like Apple Watch etc) so it’s been really nice to have something very low profile that does a good job. As a previous poster said it anticipates sickness which is crazy. Also I would spring for the newest. It’s really small in comparison to the older gen that I have. Overall good product.

I have one and love it. The 5th gen is no bigger than a normal ring and you don't notice that you are wearing it when sleeping.
Also, the app is great and gives you tons of information.
My only complaint is that you need a monthly subscription to use the full functionality of the app. It only $6 a month, but still kinda bullshite since you just spent $400 on the ring.
