I read it during COVID shutdowns. It's good but long and difficult at times.

I read it last year and really enjoyed it. It's a dep dive into human nature, but it wasn't a difficult read. If you haven't read Russian novels before, you may find it useful to have a cheat sheet with all of the nicknames for the characters.
