That story is suspiciously similar to the story of the Essex sinking.

depending on where the leak is located and the size of the pipe, you may be able to run PEX through the pipe.

re: Permanent LED soffit lights?
Posted by puppetmaster on 10/16/23 at 10:10 am to PT24-7
a lot of people use a esp32 boards and WS2811 lights with a power supply. purchase some J channel from home depot in the same color as your eaves, drill holes every two inches and pop the lights into the jchannel. they also sell a more durable channel more specifically for led lights if you don't mind spending more money. The wled program to run the lights by app is actually free too.

re: The home selling realtor setup is unfair to sellers and buyers
Posted by puppetmaster on 4/17/23 at 10:55 am to LouisianaLady
there is no incentive for a realtor to help drive down the price of a home you're trying to buy. It's in the best interest of both realtors to keep the price higher so they make more money. realtors are a scam.
a lot of closing companies will even refuse to work with you if you don't have a realtor. Realtors bring them business so they don't want to leave them out of deals or realtors might stop bringing them clients. It's all a scam.

will children born in the future be able to get these reparations too? I'd be having a dozen kids if each one got 5 million.

Wouldn't be a big deal if a good friend made that joke, but a coworker shouldn't be making those type of jokes.

if you're looking for a nice watch around $500, Hamilton makes great automatic or hand wind watches and has lots of American history in the brand.
the khaki king or the khaki field are good watches in that price range.

spacers are gonna make for a rougher ride. Try out the Bilstein 5100 shocks, they're about a 2" lift to the front.
