I believe they were originally targeting the beginning of this football season and it kept getting pushed back, so it hasn't exactly been the fastest process.

I have already told my bookie that once casinos offer websites or apps that I will be playing with them UNLESS my bookie wants to let me play juice free.

True, but it's just going to be so much easier with the app. Don't have to worry about paying out at the end of the week, plus many more options for promos/deals depending on what book you use.
