You have to go back through security if going to a different terminal, which I’ve never seen before.

None of the airport lounges are open due to Liberals loving COVID lockdowns.

Food and drink are ridiculously high priced, more so than any other airport I’ve been in.

Those ridiculous long single file lines through security are annoying.

I've never seen another airport do anything remotely similar to that.

And almost no one is in them at this time on a Monday, but I still had to weave through it all.

At least I’m getting my steps in.

Welcome to the old MSY airport. Thank God they did away with that at the new one.

Terminal C at EWR is alright, the banjo terminals within A suck. Limited food options, terrible gate design, and the bus from A to C if connecting on united.

LGA has been improving steadily (at least the delta terminals with the high D gates). It's less like a greyhound bus station now but feels as though the construction will never end

MCI is the most antiquated metropolitan airport I've ever been to.

Friend,

Thank you for the heads up. I will be flying to NY in November. Mother too, and we haven’t been through Newark in five years. We always enjoyed it previously. A slice of the fresh mozzarella from the La Famiglia chain in EWR was one of my best slices ever from a chain. That was 2004. When I tried La Famiglia elsewhere, I think ATL, about five years ago, it was not very good. Dominos had moved significantly ahead of La Famiglia.

Mother said I could bring a friend for this year’s trip. It may be our Christmas trip, and we are wondering what we will find. I hope some Christmas stores and decorations are buzzing. Anyways, please let me know if you would like to join us, and I will be sure that we accommodate you. Sadly, both The Plaza and The Waldorf-Astoria are undergoing multi-year renovations, so we will rough it this trip.

Yours,
TulaneLSU

I’ll be staying at the Waldorf Astoria the last night of my Vegas trip, though that is after a few nights in my 900+ sq ft suite at the Trump International.

Friend,

We looked at staying at the Trump hotel in NY. There was a special stay two nights and get the third free, but we did not like the pictures of the rooms they suggested. I think it averaged with taxes to around $550 a night which is a smashing deal for such a nice hotel. We decided on somewhere with a touch more class, but having read you stayed there, a part of me wishes we too would try it.

Yours,
TulaneLSU

It is by far the worst airport I've ever been to, the security setup they have is beyond dumb.

Orlando isn’t a fun airport either. Weird considering Disney is located there.

Really, the only "enjoyable" airports I've been to are Atlanta and Phoenix. Las Vegas isn't horrible.

Try going to the Kansas City airport. It's easily the worst airport I've ever been to, and I've flown in/out of EWR.

I've flown in and out of this one many times and I've never had a bad experience.

Vegas is alright, I like MSP and Love Field as well.

But KC, you get off of a connecting Southwest Flight and basically everything is thru security.
