Verizon Discount on Every Line

A year ago, I saw a thread on Reddit about Verizon discounts. Basically, you have to go into the Verizon app, go to profiles and settings, and go to the "Number Transfer PIN" page. When you go to the transfer PIN screen, there may be a discount offer at the top of that page.
Last year I did it and got a 20% discount on every line on my plan for 12 months. I set a reminder to try again after 12 months. This time, it offered me 25% off on each line for 6 months. That's some serious savings. If you have Verizon, I'd urge you to see if you are eligible for a discount. YMMV.
Note: You don't have to actually request a transfer pin, just go to the screen where you would request it.

Do you install the My Verizon app or just the Verizon app?

Just did this, used the my Verizon app. Searched transfer pin and that page had the 25%offer listed, but when I clicked the link the discount wasn't listed so I thought I wasn't eligible. Got an email that let me redeem it a few minutes later.

I changed to Visible a while back. It's Verizon service, you may get throttled during high usage times, and you only have idiots that run chat for support. It's a major savings, I have not ever noticed being throttled either.

We switched from Verizon because our signal strength was weak.
Went with US Mobile and the AT&T towers. Much better service and saved a lot with and annual plan.

No discount for us. Maybe we haven’t been on this plan long enough. Will check from time to time.
A Verizon credit card from Synchrony Bank will save you $10 a line if you auto bill your phone service to it ($5 per on some cheaper plans). Also get 4% cash back on restaurants, gas, and groceries. No annual fee.

Visible is the way. I've been with them for years, never a service issue. I pay $25 each for my phone and wife's.
I can imagine why anyone would use any other service.
