If the player is onside when the ball is kicked then they are onside even if they are behind the defender when they touch the ball first. The defender quitting would be bad bc you can still recover to defend.

I am 100% English today. These midget toffs in green need to learn how to cook well and stop over seasoning their food

It's sad to see this mid Brazil team having to bunker and counter and flail for penalties.

Kaka is asking God how this happened

Brazil as a counterattacking side is certainly interesting.

Brazil just waiting for Norway to wilt. Which shouldn’t be long now.

I mean Vini can do it.

Who would have ever thought 10 years ago Norway would be the team with the attacking talent depth and Brazil would have to rely on their defense and GK in a WC game?

If Brazil can keep within 1 goal (or better tied or leading) going into second half water break they will like their chances of being physically better conditioned to the heat

I can see this already slow Norwegian defense being sluggish in the second half

Ha. To be fair, they aren’t cooking the quality cuts of meats. Necks and cartilages need the extra love.

Not shocked an Arsenal fan is defending giving up on attack and going for the bunker.

He couldn't hack it in the Saudi league a few years ago.

Brazilians don't typically age well, especially ones like him.
