Agreed. Especially when every single one of your reasons is incorrect.

Every one should start watching the Telemundo broadcasts. Much better production than fox and the announcers actually make the games more entertaining. I don't speak a word of Spanish, but they keep me intrigued.
As much as I dislike Fox's broadcast it's mainly due to the camera work, yesterday after the final whistle in France-Paraguay they're zoned in on Mbappe, while there is about to be a fight at midfield, by the time they cut to it was pretty much over, I'm not going to switch to Telemundo over that.

I watch with the sound on, but I'm not hanging on every word the announcers are saying. With the exception of Fletcher and Hargreaves calling Messi/Ronaldo which was as bad as Collinsworth on Mahomes, the majority of the play by play and analyst on Fox are good enough if you understand the game, especially for the bigger matches. A lot of people don't like Donovan, he doesn't bother me I don't care if he's dry. Darke carries it, but when Donovan cuts in he adds a lot.

Wish we had an earlier game instead of 4 for the first.

Environment for England/Mexico will be insane.

My buddies in England are not hopeful for this match. There is a lot of doubt as British press are nonstop doom and gloom regarding the altitude etc. British woe-is-meism is a thing.

Mexico is going to blitz them more than we’ve ever seen or experienced considering the historical ramifications on the line.

Ref is Iranian-Australian who also reffed the Club World Cup Final last year. Also has openly criticised the Iranian government and joined protests against their killing of citizens earlier this year. “On 25 January, Faghani wrote about the Government of Iran: "”For your filthy survival, you swallowed the lives of our loved ones. Our deal with you; no trial, no forgiveness. Dancing and stomping on each and every grave of yours.’”

Should make for a fun match.

Well, telemundo wouldn’t fix that. Fox and Telemundo aren’t in charge of cameras. FIFA host broadcaster is in charge of that and sends to all world feeds. Same with replay decisions.

I want to see three things tonight: England take a lead, Mexican fans turn on the team, and Mexico go full CONCACAF on England.

Not the actual camera work, I assumed each had their own producer, with some ability to manipulate or choose from the available live feeds. I saw a clip with Telemundo and Fox side by side, and the Fox version of a replay was far more zoomed on the player than Telemundo. I may be wrong, I'm going to check it out later.
