I know you were making a cheap open mic hack joke, but Mexico City is awesome. Better than being in most of the American locales for the Cup, honestly.

Anybody who's ever played for the USMNT in that stadium would most likely disagree with you.

You are taking his statement as a jab at Mexico City itself, when I sort of see it through the lens of an opponent going into Azteca against the Mexico National Team in possibly the most important game in the past 40 years or so.

Mexico could lose the game, and England loses by having to deal with the consequences of defeating Mexico.

I can guarantee you that they could easily fear for their safety at points if that crowd gets too upset.

I mean...they threw shite at Ecuadorian broadcasters after they won, hitting them on live tv.

Kind of like LSU fans throwing shite at the GameDay crew.

So...I guess you could compare the feeling to opponent fans' saying that they were in fear leaving Tiger Stadium as an example.

Morocco is about to raw dawg Canada. I can’t wait to not hear anything about Jesse Marsch’s whiny arse (and his misplaced bravado) until we beat them next year.

I hope it is an all-time arse beating…

Inject 6 Moroccan goals into my veins.

I'm trying to find some reason why Canada will make this competitive and just can't

They're not some defensive stalwart that can sit and absorb pressure for 70 minutes and hope for a counter or set piece

Thus I think they're going to concede. A lot.

3-0 Morocco
