Didn't watch their game today but they were underwhelming in their first two.

Very doable, but have to take the game to them like Senegal and Ecuador did.

My girlfriend is from Ecuador so we've been watching all of their matches. Ecuador played them to a draw, and I think we're as good if not better than them. I think it's a winnable match.

They are very very good.

They may have the best defense in the world.

They have one of the best midfielders in the world.

They have the same problem we do with a finisher. Well they have a guy in Depay but he hasn’t shown that skill in years. Gakpo is treating this World Cup like his coming out party and assuming that role.

Opposition form can oscillate from match to match. Senegal is the best team from Africa and Ecuador isn’t a slouch. It’s reasonable for them to have looked human

We just need to do our thing

Gakpo is scoring goals like nothing trying to up that Manchester United price tag.

You're talking on paper. I'm well aware.

I'm talking about the actual matches that have already taken place

He’s having a great World Cup and doing just that. But what I ment was he isn’t really a clinical finisher (yet)

2 of his goals were headers off of great service. Not to take anything away from him there’s nothing wrong with that. I was just making the point, like us they don’t have someone lethal up top.

They had 2 shots in their second game, not 2 shots on goal, 2 total shots.

England is better than NED and we out-played them.

Nah I watched their games too. They haven’t set the world on fire but they can definitely come to life at anytime. They have had some very impressive runs of play.

That being said anything can happen, but it won’t be easy.

NED is my #2 national team (team that got me introduced to soccer b/c my sister was studying abroad and brought home a Dutch boyfriend).

I'm not a fan of their 5-man back line and they have holes on their roster. Lots of peaks and lots of valleys. Also there is always the threat that the team implodes b/c they're the 2nd biggest collection of emotional wrecks behind France.

They've actually looked very good compared to their talent level. They aren't nearly as good as the other world elites.

Yeah this isn’t Belgium/USA from 2014.

This is very winnable. But we can’t sit back like we did today. We have to play like we did in the first half today and how we played the entire match against England

He's having one of those runs where he's locked in mentally, and that scares the shite out of me. He feels like he can score from anywhere right now.

They are REALLY good, but Gakpo is the difference maker. Virgil and De Jong are going to be tough to get past, but healthy? I think we can get another 1-0 win.

False

Van Dijk is the only one remotely close to World Class.

Gakpo is great and so is De Jong but Robben, Van Persie, Sneijder aren't walking through those desert doors
