This is what happens when shithole countries are awarded the greatest sporting event on the planet.

There should only be a handful of nations who should be allowed to host the World Cup.

I think that article said the stadium is supposed to be completed by the end of December.

FIFA was "requiring" completion of that stadium by the end of December. But I think it's pretty obvious that there's no way that was happening. It also said that they may have to start around the clock construction. Ummmmmm, why hasn't that been started already?

If you narrowed the list down to only one country that could ever host the WC, I'd vote for Brazil.
