Almost all the structural work was done it appears. Sounds like it had seats in it and all that. Unfortunately, what happened was like your hand hitting the Jenga tower. You were in the clear with the piece and the structure itself, you just did something dumb.
Crane collapses, hits structure and it all comes down. They are saying the structure itself didn't take too much damage (don't know if you can believe that). It will be ready in time for the games, just won't make FIFA's deadline, that's for sure.
