Apparently there is a €100 million transfer fee on the table for Casemiro

We have to take the money and run. We will be making money on this deal

He wants to stay and prove himself when he’s healthy and i think we would love that but from a business perspective we have to say yes to the transfer

In the end, United should be willing to offload him for a Free Transfer just to get his salary off the books. He's dead weight. If someone offers you actual money, let alone this much, you take it immediately.

Take that all day long. Hell, if someone offered $40M for Casemiro, I'd say take it.

How many players do we realistically expect to be off the books this Summer?
I know Varane and Martial are done, and probably Greenwood & Evans. But who else REALISTICALLY?

Ain’t no way in hell someone let alone Saudi is paying 100m for Casemiro we’ll be lucky to snag 40m. If that’s remotely true those bastards are crazier than I imagined.

Btw it’s June 8 and we still have no idea who our manager is.

The Saudis would be the ones to over pay for anyone

Apparently they want Bruno for £100+ million

Bruno is class and our attack would be worse without him but if someone is trying to give us 100 mil for him, you have to take that. He's in his 30's.

Ten Hag sucks.
This season he managed these fine accomplishments:
- worst ever Champions League group stage
- also in the CL, most goals ever allowed by a Premier League club
- 2nd lowest point total in the Premier League by MUN
- worst ever Premier League finish, 8th place
- most goals conceded ever
- 2nd worst goals scored
- fewest wins ever in the Premier League by MUN
- most losses ever in the Premier League by MUN

There is nothing to cheer about with him staying. The team continues to get worse the longer he stays. He can go, and take his shitty signings with him.

He doesn’t though. You realize he had to deal with an ungodly amount of injuries. Not to mention some of those injuries were his top 3-4 CBs were injured most of the season. Injuries to starting CBs might affect the team more than any other position. He played 14 different starting CB pairings this year….that’s insane.

shite, we had half the bench filled with teenagers towards the end of the year.

He is still playing with a team cobbled together from the last 5 managers.

This 2 years and out coaching carousel needed to end and I’m so happy it did. We had some of the best names in the business in that time, and they couldn’t pull this together. Be patient and allow him some time to get the team he wants playing his way.

I’m not completely sold on him being the man of the future. He needs more time, and he’s done more than enough to prove that…I mean he has 2 more trophies than Arteta.

Also….who do you get to replace him? If you had some killer name lined up that was head and shoulders above him, I’d entertain the idea. However Southgate, Ponch, potter…they ain’t it. So give ETH another couple years and see what it looks like then.

ETH had shite luck with injuries but even the way he sets up this midfield was a disaster for most of the season. Plus every team goes through spells with major injuries. Seemed like Chelsea’s entire squad was injured at one point and they still finished 6th

Martinez is a great cb but until he stays healthy for a full season I see no reason to bank on him being reliable

United constantly allowing 20-30 shots a game was the most bizarre thing throughout last season

I can’t even think about how LFC didn’t manage to beat yall once

I think bringing back ETH was probably the right choice considering there weren’t many good replacements but saying give him a couple more years is wild to me. If he has yall sitting in 10th when December rolls around there’s no way people aren’t calling for his head

I’d be curious if yall could lure Zidane

It’s coming out that the transfer budget it £50 million before any potential player sales

The years of mismanagement def caught up

But we don’t complain about the financial rules because rules are rules

Have you missed the last decade? What are we going to do sack another manager, same players down tools again, sack another manager, down tools, rinse and repeat. The only chance this club has is to clean house and get rid of the dead weight and bad apples in the dressing room. We are a vessel of sea going snitches who leak at he first sign of adversity. Hopefully we sell the players that are constantly "injured" and suck. Build the team around Mainoo, Garnacho, and Hojlund and end player power FC for the Rashford types on 350k a week.

Yall will also get a healthy fee for Greenwood which would be 100% profit right?

Apparently Bayern are listening to offers for Serge Gnabry, Leon Goretzka, Joshua Kimmich, and Matthijs de Ligt. I would be happy with any of them. I’m a big fan of Goretzka and Kimmich.
