Well yeah.
Germany gets a PK for getting "dragged down" in the box, yet that high challenge that clearly impeded the chance at an actual goal for Portugal doesn't warrant one?

I mean, Ghana isn't a must-win now.
We just have to make sure we have 4 points going into the Germany game.
And with Portugal so depleted and probably mentally shaken, we might have just as good of a chance as beating them as Ghana.
