I hate apologies. If I accidentally bump into you I'll say "I'm sorry.' But if I post "LSUGrrrl is a fat, nasty, disgusting POS smelly retard"... and then 2 days later apologize, does it really mean anything to you?

Hypocrisy, thy name is liberal.

If an exec at Fox posted to facebook that they wouldn't have a problem with democrats dying because they advocate abortion, the media wouldn't stop until there were congressional investigations into the culture at Fox news. Fact.

What exactly are you demanding? A week? An evening? Page 1 of the Times? She wasn’t even a public official.

First of all... she was with CBS. Anyone with ties to a network... a supposed "News" organization... is held to a much higher standard than a private citizen. She is with a news organization. By the way... this same "news" organization has demonstrated their anti-republican bias already. Give Dan Rather a call.

Second, I am not demanding anything. Simply pointing out that if she was republican at FOX and the shooting had been by a democrat at a rap concert this stuff would still be on CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, and the NY Times.

You seem to not understand the significant difference in coverage. If/When the shoe is on the other foot and a republican makes a statement that inhuman, don't worry about coverage. There will be plenty of it for days and weeks. You won't be able to get away from it.

She was counsel for a news organization. She wasn’t a producer, anchor, analyst, or anything else. And Rather was fired as well, if you recall.

I seem to not understand why you’re bitching about an awful person who was fired before the proverbial ink dried on her post. If she were on Fox and said something about liberals there would have been a bunch of hand-wringing about how “PC attitudes” are destroying everyone’s right to hold controversial views. You probably would have donated to her gofundme by now.

Like I said... you really are clueless. I am not bitching about her. She is gone.

It is the coverage... or lack of discussion about this the following day by ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, etc... I'm not really sure how else to explain it. ALl of my posts have been about the glaring lack of media coverage as opposed to what the coverage had been if it was a republican that made that grotesque statement.

You are staring at a leaf. That leaf is attached to a tree. That tree is in a forest. Quit staring at the leaf.

Well in case you’re too clueless to pick up omit, let me make it clear.

1. This would be a greater cause célèbre were she retained and were she some higher profile individual. She was fired within a matter of hours.

2. The fact that she held those disgusting opinions is indicative of nothing about her colleagues or the broader media. She was unequivocally condemned by all and promptly dismissed by her employer. Kind of flies in the face of a couple of your own narratives, including the one about Jews and liberal women being beyond reproach.

3. Your “the media is persecuting me” narrative isn’t new, interesting, or in anyway an indication that you see a forest of any kind. If the fact that the mainline media leans left is the biggest problem you have, stop being a snowflake and go try something challenging.

well I can tell you this. I feel highly confident that if a conservative executive at a major media Outlet said the Orlando shooting was okay because it was gays that died we damn sure would have had recrimination reports looking into the culture where such a person could attain such a high position. We would have had people asking their friends and coworkers if they had ever expressed such heinous views before. We would have had them looking to see what else she had said in the past. I can go on but I know what wouldn't have happened. No top Fox News executive would have said it was okay that gays died in Orlando and the story just ended with his firing

I'm highly confident that if it happened the day after the Club Pulse shooting and the person was fired, it would have went away with the same quickness as this one since the big story is still ongoing.

There’s a website where all people in the world (7.6B+) weigh in on any pressing issue of the day. Everyone there gave her a downvote. You know the one, Tittle.

You seem to be enamored with this woman. You keep bringing her up and wanting to focus on her and her position. I could care less about her but you might want to look into your fixation on constantly trying to distance her from CBS.

Thanks for repeatedly saying this does not matter and is neither interesting or new. Yet you keep responding and coming back to it like a fly on shite.

What else is there to say? The vapid bitch got what she deserved. There are more important things to discuss than what some stupid bitch said on social media.

how did she make it that high in cbs, is this indicative of the culture at cbs? All the site if things that would be asked if this were about anyone other than conservatives

This hypothetical person sounds like he/she is qualified for the republican nomination for senate in Alabama.

If she is black she is destined to fill the Senate seat formerly held by Barrack Obama. If she is white then she will quietly move into a faculty position at a major university.
