Hope he has the national guard with them, there has to be a contingency plan to deal with local officials and authorities who will try to interfere.
Need to establish day 1 that anyone who interferes will be arrested.

Why is the media allowed to announce where raids will occur? I mean, if you tip off criminals ahead of time that they are a target for arrest and they disperse, I thought you can be charged with obstruction of justice.

I think he wants to set an example if this is true.
Though it would surprise if his loud right hand is in Chicago and his quieter left hand is doing this around the country while everyone looks at Chicago.

It seems odd that they would give advance warning. But the criminals know is coming anyway. If they haven't fled by now, they probably aren't going to.
