There is a video clip I saw 2 years ago that is probably not available now. It's from the JFK years similar to 'homes of the rich and famous' where they did live tours. The tour was of the WH with Jackie Kennedy leading the TV crew around.

Bush.
He started the forever wars, implemented the surveillance state, gave us John Roberts, covered up Saudi Arabia's role in 9/11, and screwed up so badly that we got Obama as a result (which makes him partly responsible for that disaster).
Biden can easily suck worse but it's early.

I still put Obama #1 worst in my lifetime, but absolutely this. GWB directly led to BHO. Sorry I voted for him (GWB) twice, but jeebus look at the options we had.

This is the correct answer. Lil Bush was so bad in those last couple of years (Katrina is where it started going downhill) that he just opened the door for Obama. His inability to control Greenspan's serious hikes did him no favors over 8 years, but that lil bastard could dodge a shoe though.
