Yeah, if you stab a police officer with a knife, I have zero issues with his fellow officers executing you on the spot, same applies for homies during a bar fight.

I actually wouldn't have a problem with LEOs using their firearms more liberally.
If an officer is involved in a high speed chase with someone using a vehicle, there should be absolutely nothing wrong with that officer ending that chase via gun fire.
Kill them before they kill innocent bystanders.

Once the idiot pulled a knife, he became a threat and made himself target for police to fire away. The police officer should never had allowed him to get close enough to stab him. IMHO
