I wish MAGA cared half as much about tadvancing a current agenda as they do about the 2020 election.

We also know that prosecutors in DC threatened Jan 6 participants if they didn't admit they were following Trump's orders. We know judges demanded the patriots denounce Trump.
Are you suggesting that Rudy admitted liability because he was afraid?

That's not what got Rudy in hot water. It was the lie about specific individuals.
What got Rudy in hot water was a legal system more corrupt than anything we've seen since the Emmett Till era.

A "
" emoji associated with the Rudy legal travesty is flatly disgusting.

I wish for both to occur. 2020 must be brought out in the open so that it never happens again. To say otherwise is nothing but sticking your head in the sand.

They knew in 2020. They knew and they didn’t care. They had either been promised and/or threatened to play along with what was coming. They were probably promised that this would never come back to haunt them because they were going to take care of Trump.

Holy Shite and Cheyenne, Batman.
Like literal flies to shite, this alleged esteemed ambulance chaser will never admit what most of America knows from simple empirical evidence and common sense.
If Judge Wopner doesn't deem it fraud, then it is not fraud. - SFP. LOL
We know they are lying, they know they are lying, they know that we know they are lying, and yet they continue to lie.
Fricking leftists. And that includes SFP

What exactly was Rudy punished for? Was it for questioning election procedures in general, or for making repeated public statements accusing specific named election workers of crimes like ballot stuffing and fraud? What evidence was presented that Ruby Freeman or Shaye Moss committed those acts? Has any court, investigation, or official finding ever said those accusations were true?
If the Fulton County issue concerns missing signatures on tabulation tapes, how does that establish that those two individuals committed fraud? Even now, is there any ruling, indictment, or factual finding that connects either of them to criminal conduct?
What, specifically, is the new fact that is supposed to change Rudy’s situation? Is it that Fulton County failed to comply with a paperwork requirement involving signed tabulation tapes? If so, how does that explicitly implicate those individuals in fraud?
Put simply: did Rudy accuse Fulton County of clerical noncompliance, or did he accuse Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss of personally committing election fraud? Where, exactly, does the Fulton County paperwork issue allege criminal conduct by those two people?
If no court or investigation has implicated the individuals Rudy accused, what is being “vindicated”? Is the claim that a procedural error by an institution retroactively makes false accusations against private citizens true?
And if so, can anyone point to an area of law where that logic actually holds?

The facts are that a "zero start" tape was not signed by 3 poll workers. The zero start tape signifies that the day's vote count starts at zero instead of a positive number. The outside investigator / activist estimates that this may have affected 315,000 votes, which should have been thrown out.
A couple of things - all of the votes affected were from early voting. Early voting historically was heavily slanted to Republican votes, but due to Covid, this heavy Republican percentage probably was lessened, but to what extent? The truth about this is that you would have to which side each one of these votes went to, to come to any results. Also, if someone was truly cheating, then why would they not forge the signatures on the tape? Leaving off signatures is just a bigger res flag. The real culprit is the person who certified the vote (if he knew of the missing signatures).

$148m in damages proves how bitter lefties are.
Why that wasn’t appealed for excessiveness on Constitutional grounds is crazy.
I wonder how much she ended up with.

It's hilarious that this is 100% accurate, though NOT for the reasons you insinuate.
But you already know that...

I disagree. If elections can be stolen then our republic is lost. It makes a huge difference.

that ship sailed a long long time ago man. The trajectory is downward, elections only choose which team of oligarchs will steer us into the seabed. One group of elites battling the other group to plunder the nation, its people and its resources before the whole thing just implodes for good.
