Meh, when the guillotine is above your neck, what you say to avoid it is meaningless.

We’ve seen your opinion multiple times in this thread, but I haven’t seen your explanation

Was there not just an announcement regarding frickery in Fulton county? Was Rudy not ruined due to claiming frickery?

Obfuscating and dodging the real issue is what you do on here often is a much more accurate statement.

Care to explain how 315,000 illegally counted votes (at roughly a 95% D/5% R count) did not cost DJT the GA electoral votes, and the Republicans two Senate seats in GA when the margins were only roughly about 10k in favor of the dems?

Preferably without the lawyer-speak, just tell us all how those 315K illegal votes didn't matter, because their existence is no longer questionable, it is established fact.

Whats your opinion on the confirmed voter fraud in Georgia?

Confirmed voter fraud?

Do you understand what happened or have you just read X?

No fraud was confirmed with this story. It shows a possible avenue for fraud

Potential frickery

And that is NOT how it's described in OP

quote:

Was Rudy not ruined due to claiming frickery?

His tortious conduct was not related to this frickery and centered around specific allegations about a specific person

Feel free to show me where he ever made comment specific to these specific machines not having a 0 count confirmed, then show me how that example fit in his comments that for him sued.

So why did he admit to it if he wasn't going to avoid the consequences?

It is pure fricking insanity that people are still pretending that the guy who admitted to saying false shite was actually correct.

I don't know the facts in his case, so he could be completely guilty of defamation for all I know.

However, the things people will sign or "admit to" in the context of a trial do not in any way mean that they are actually guilty of whatever they copped to. It's most often just a legal strategy.

His admission had no benefit, unlike taking a plea deal for a reduced sentence, for example.

Again, I don't know about this case, but speaking generally, choosing a strategy designed to attempt to gain an advantage in a trial and that strategy succeeding are two different things.
